if error in Mac OS X Calendar using Google Apps CALDAV like this:
“The URL https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/john@de-graaff.net/user/ encountered HTTP error 404. Make sure the URL is correct.”
then disable, re-enable calendar in accounts.
